Frannie Foxit and her friends were once normal dogs, but when the dog catchers captured them all, everything changed. They transformed into new breeds of dogs with powers! Now Frannie and her friends must team up and save the world from the evil dog catchers and find the four Wise Ones and warn them of the dangers ahead. Will they succeed?
